Tks for your post, it recalls me watching a tv program in HK, there are many seasonal bb sea turtles born in HK annually, members of Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department of HK Govt do some a series of exercises on observation, medication and feeding (on those weak bb sea turtles) etc. the process is not easy but caring.
